Key Qualifications:
* Third-level qualification in a relevant field
* Background in Merchandising/POS placement
* Excellent Microsoft office skills
* Impeccable phone manner and great communication skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and lead teams
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A keen eye for detail
* Flexibility to operate on a flexi-time work schedule
* Willingness to travel and work in the field as needed
Main Responsibilities:
* Full responsibility for all activity relating to merchandising and marketing services delivery to clients
* To ensure all field staff are fully briefed on daily activities
* To empower field-based staff to deliver services by providing onboarding, training, and ongoing communication
Performance Management:
* Create a recruitment plan for assigned geographical locations
* Utilize recruitment specialist services
* Manage performance of direct reports, including recognition, disciplinary actions, and improvement processes
Health and Safety:
* Ensure adherence to company health and safety policies
* Provide a safe and enjoyable workplace experience for direct reports
Output and Quality:
* Responsible for outbound communications to field-based staff
* Identify potential issues and ensure daily activities are completed
* Judged on performance and quality of merchandisers
Training and Development:
* Initial and ongoing training of field-based staff
* Develop robust recruitment plans to meet service delivery model needs
Query Management:
* Resolve customer correspondence within agreed SLA
* Analyze key metrics to reduce costs and increase efficiency
Assets and Mileage Claims:
* Manage and control mileage claims within assigned area
* Manage and control company-owned and client-owned assets in the field
This role is hybrid, with primary work location in your region and occasional travel to the office.
