This candidate will be the core liaison between our internal departments and external Third Party Partners.
What you bringStrategically source, on board and manage relationships with Third Party Partners (TPPs) in the LATAM region.Support on the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the MPM function, with a particular focus on collection of data from Third Party Partners.Establish and maintain governance in relation to a range of transformational topics within MPMImplementation of vendor management framework in region including regular TPP review meetings, reporting and audits, driving value and KPI deliveryEnsuring compliance with relevant regulatory group or functional requirements including Group Outsourcing PolicyPro-actively innovate within the MPM function, and collaborate across AzP departments in order to drive efficiencies within the departmentManaging issues and complaints with Third Party Partners.Support the transformation and new business project teams as required, building outsourcing framework and relationshipsDeveloping new initiatives for use in order to manage costs and increase savings through partnerships with our medical Third Party Partners.Other activities as directed by the TPP Manager, TPP Assistant Manager or Head of Central Provider Management from time to time.What you offerExperience & qualifications requiredExperience in the health insurance / TPA / travel insurance / assistance or related industries and/or experience in relationship management / contract management / procurement (preferably in medical / health related industries)Educated to degree level or appropriate professional qualification Technical competenciesLogical thinking mind set and ability to problem solveStrong communication (verbal & written), presentation and interpersonal skillsAnalytical skillsNegotiationContract lawBusiness and commercial acumenRelationship and stakeholder managementAble to use a range of standard (Microsoft Office) and non-standard IT applications to support and enhance the work; Fluent in written and verbal English language; Other European languages (Spanish) a distinct advantage Behavioral competenciesSolution and delivery focussedDemonstrated ability to prioritise and follow upSelf-motivated and proactiveOutstanding organisational and time management skillsFlexible and efficient.
