Junior Cybersecurity Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Cybersecurity Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the updating of task lists and activities with technical leads and project managers.
* Follow up with action owners to estimate delivery dates, capture progress updates, and escalate uncertainties or delays to technical leads and project managers.
* Provide assistance to technical leads and project managers as required, including performing tests, documenting results, drafting procedures, and reviewing ISMS documents.
* Organize project meetings, take notes, document minutes, and circulate actions after meetings.
Requirements:
* A keen interest in project management and/or cybersecurity.
* Structured thinking, good record-keeping, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage people via email, team calls, or in-person, balance project updates with understanding of busy work environments.
* Accurate documentation of updates and reading back to stakeholders.
* Familiarity with IT Service Desk toolsets, Change Management processes, and Service Now.
* Interest in learning and expanding knowledge in cybersecurity, service delivery, and program/project delivery.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 1 G/4 Visa to apply.
