Senior Project Leader Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Senior Project Leader to manage complex projects at our client's Limerick site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and performance.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project progress, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet industry standards and drive best practices in project execution.
* Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
* 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
* PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
* Experience with biopharmaceutical process equipment is preferred.
* Familiarity with GMP and GDP standards.
* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
