Job Specification - Reception Manager
We are currently inviting applicants for a new and exciting opportunity for the position of Reception Manager to join our busy Reception Team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with experience working in a similar role and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Mews/Hotsoft/Opera or other similar client systems.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Reception Department and Team.
* Supervise Reception shifts and ensure that standards are being met in the team.
* Motivate and lead the Reception team to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional running of the Department.
* Work closely with HR to ensure Recruitment and Training are carried out to high standards in the Reception Department.
* Complete Administrative duties in a professional and speedy manner.
* Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the Reservations and Sales team.
* Deal with customer enquiries at the desk or over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
* Adequately cover the Reception Department during busy check-in/check-out periods.
* Update Mews and input correct information.
* Follow up on daily matters and communicate information to the team and other Departments.
Requirements:
