The Opportunity: The Fisher Investments Ireland (FII or the Company) Risk Management Analyst will play an important role in the operation of FII’s permanent and independent risk management function. Accountabilities also include maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements around risk management practices and submitting insightful findings. Reporting to the FII Chief Risk Officer in tandem with the existing prescriptions of FII Risk Management Framework. The Day-to-Day:Maintains FII’s risk events registerMaintains FII’s risk registers, key risk indicator reporting and related documentationManages the compilation and update of the Risk and Controls Self-Assessment on an annual basisResponsible for risk reporting to the Joint Risk Committee, Board of Directors and other applicable foraManages the annual update of FII Risk Management framework, the ICT Risk Management Framework and related policies and procedures covering a variety of risks including Third Party RiskSupports the annual update the Internal Capital and Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ICLAAP) and related regulatory disclosuresConducts regulatory gap analysis on selected topics concerning riskIndependently own stakeholder relationships with domestic and foreign business partners and senior leadershipYour Qualifications: University degree or equivalent combination of education/experience required in the following fields: economics, risk management or accounting4+ years experience in a risk management role within financial services or consulting experienceDynamic and receptive to an ever-changing environmentAbility to adapt to changes in a fast paced, team environmentExcellent communication skillsComfortable managing multiple complex tasks simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Excel and similar softwareWhy Fisher Investments Ireland: The global Fisher organisation distinguishes itself by putting clients first, providing unmatched service, and taking a personalised approach to investing.
