Manguard Plus is hiring for a Dual Role for Mobile Patrol/Control Room Operator located in Naas, Co. Kildare.
A dual position cover 2-3 days in mobile patrol and 1-2 shifts per week in Control Room.

Description: Mobile Patrol/Control Room Operator Locations: Naas Co. Kildare Hours: Night shift Pay rate: €14.50 basic + €1.75- €2.50 Site Allowance (per hour dependant on shift) €16.80 Night Allowance per Night Shift Worked €1 per hour Sunday allowance.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Full CAT B Drivers License(Manual only) Must be over 23 years of age (for insurance purposes only) Verifiable 5-year Work History Excellent Communication Skills Excellent telephone manner Excellent admin skills Strong IT skills Possess Excellent Interpersonal Skills ARC experience would be an advantage Attention to detail The ability to multitask, and work within a team Control Monitoring would be advantageous MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY To work within the Command Centre in accordance with the shift rotas and provide a high level of quality assured customer service Work under the direction of the Control Room Manager or supervisor and in accordance with the policy and procedural practices Responsible for the monitoring of remote signalling/CCTV systems using the equipment installed Responsible for the provision of appropriate responses to alarm systems and despatch of emergency services Performing staff welfare checks Tracking and tracing mobile dispatch operations Reviewing and editing reports regularly The ability to multitask, and work within a team
