Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and delivering a high-quality experience for visitors and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet visitors and customers
* Answer and manage queries via phone
* Manage post sorting/opening incoming post and franking/delivering outgoing post
* Order stationery supplies
* Manage meeting room bookings
* Send purchase orders to relevant internal parties
* Organise staff travel/accommodation arrangements
* Work closely alongside and support the Director
* Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a similar role is required
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Team player with ability to work on own initiative
* People person with genuine desire to help people
