Field Service Engineer - Automated Doors & Access Control
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our busy Service Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Service, repair, and install door automation and access control systems for a diverse client base across the public and private sectors.
* Attend call outs as required, demonstrating flexibility with working hours and areas.
* Identify and recommend upgrades or repair work, reporting requirements to the office.
* Participate in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support.
Key Requirements:
* Fluent in English.
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Engineer.
* Working knowledge of automatic door systems from various manufacturers.
* Proven ability to repair, service, and install to a high standard.
* Basic understanding of access control systems (training provided).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally.
* Current and relevant CSR card.
* Full, clean driving license.
Considerations:

* Comprehensive training will be provided.
