Senior Programme Manager -Telecoms, Dublin, Ireland (hybrid- flexible)

The Senior Programme Manager is tasked with overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Survey, Design, and Build projects at Entegro. This role requires
managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant completion.
The Senior Programme Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery Ownership: Oversee the delivery of contracts/projects from program delivery, client mobilisation, process and controls implementation, support, administration, and account management perspectives.
Team and Resource Management: Lead the implementation of necessary support teams, controls, processes, full project programs, and overall resourcing requirements for new workstreams within the branch prior to mobilisation.
Operational Cohesion: Establish and manage daily cohesion within the branch, working cross-functionally across different operational disciplines (e.g., Design, Contracts/Operations, HSEQ, Commercials) to ensure projects are correctly scoped, planned, executed, and delivered through all stages of the project lifecycle using PMI/Prince 2 methodology.
Performance Metrics: Collaborate with Senior Managers in the NetworkDeployment & Design Team to set targets and performance metrics for existing and new workstreams. Provide data to support operational discipline owners in mitigating and correcting underperformance trends.
Stakeholder Management: Lead project delivery within the branch through exceptional client and internal stakeholder management.
Process Improvement: Continuously review processes and lead the implementation of improvements when opportunities are identified.
Risk Analysis: Analyse key project delivery metrics and work with operational disciplines to mitigate any internal or client risks identified.
Budget and Program Delivery: Assist with the budget and program delivery of the branch. Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure all revenue and costs are captured and client account performance is measured against company and budget expectations.
Reporting and Documentation: Ensure projects meet daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements on key rollout items and maintain all trackers, registers (RAID), and record systems.
Support Team Implementation: Implement and lead a Project Delivery Support Team that aids contract/operations and design teams in delivering client contracts, including program coordination, works planning and control, local authority licensing, permitting, and administration.
Change Management: Lead change initiatives by overseeing the execution of change management activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organisational goals.
Influence and Collaboration: Influence others within and outside the organisation to enable effective collaboration across the team.
Professional Experience and Skills
* Telecommunication Industry skills or relevant experience in Utility companies
* Senior-Level Delivery Experience: Demonstrated expertise in senior delivery roles.
* Program Coordination: Proven track record in running and coordinating large-scale programs.
* Team Leadership: Experienced in fostering team cohesion across multiple projects and clients.
* Resource Planning: Skilled in resource planning with a strong ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
* Team Management: Successfully managed teams, driving output and maintaining high standards.

* Project Management Accreditation: Holds PMP, Prince 2, or other relevant project management certifications.
