We are seeking candidates to join our administration team as a full-time office administrator at our premises in Celbridge.
The role:
The successful candidate will join our existing admin team and will work closely with other team members, primarily responding to incoming calls and emails, handling customer orders, enquiries, and the associated administration.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Handling incoming calls & emails.
2. Inputting orders into SAGE system.
3. Processing quotes and responding to customer enquiries.
4. Aftersales customer follow-up calls.
5. Directing incoming enquiries to the correct department.
6. Ad hoc administrative duties.
The person:
Skills and Competencies:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
3. Ability to work as part of a team to maintain excellent levels of customer care.
Desirable skills:
1. Familiarity with desktop publishing such as MS Publisher, Canva, etc.
2. Familiarity with SAGE.
Full training will be provided.
