About the Position
You will work closely with all levels of management to provide consulting advice and expertise in project and asset management. Your role will involve assessing project workflows and managing projects to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects across civil and M&E functions.
* Develop and manage the Annual Maintenance Plan, including corrective and preventive maintenance requirements.
* Respond to day-to-day equipment site issues.
* Ensure prompt response to system faults and chair fault investigation groups.
* Identify and assess assets for refurbishment, including initial scoping and capital approvals.
* Develop and manage Asset Management plans, policies, and standards, including research and implementation of new approaches and systems.
* Work on construction-related programs.
* Maintain the ISO55001 Asset Management System.
Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in a Project Engineering or Asset Management role.
* Experience in plant maintenance and asset management principles.
* Able to educate people in asset management.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in engineering and construction.
* Experience in creating innovative ideas and solutions.
* Utilities experience in Power or Water is desired.
* Consulting experience.
* A full driver's license.
* Experience with Maximo (ideally) or other ERP systems.
