A newly created position reporting to the CFO, this role will form part of the senior management team in this start-up construction organisation. Role will have oversight of forecasting & financial analysis and play a key role in the continued successful growth of the business. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with the commercial team on cost analysis, reviewing cost reports & supporting tendering process Responsible for providing financial analysis & commentary to senior management to drive decision making on construction projects Develop financial models & KPI Reporting tools Financial Analysis of projects to monitor costings, revenue management and profitability Oversight of the annual budget, strategic plans, and the maintenance of rolling forecasting across group companies Forecasting of the weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow position of the group Ensuring that forecast targets (cash flow and margin) are reported to the Senior Management Team Candidate Requirements: Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA) Minimum 2 years financial analysis within the construction industry Advanced analytical skills Possess strong systems skills, including advanced Excel skills Highly motivated, organized, and self-directed individual results oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external contacts Passion and personal accountability for maintaining high standards in his/her work Interested in this Opportunity?
