Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Located in Dublin, Ireland, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our client's Managing Director.
This is a part-time opportunity with the possibility of permanence. The ideal candidate will be able to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Correspondence and Reporting: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
* Communication Management: Assist in managing and prioritizing the Managing Director's email and communication.
* Confidentiality: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* File Maintenance: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
* Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
* Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
* Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Discretion: High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility: Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Experience: Previous experience supporting senior executives is a plus.
