Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including tracking ongoing projects, managing complex diaries, monitoring email inboxes, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
* Process and submit expenses, plan meetings, develop and maintain electronic filing systems, manage social media, coordinate events, and perform general administrative duties as required.
Requirements for Success
To excel as an Executive Assistant, you should have a minimum of three years' experience providing executive support at board level. Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are essential for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, is necessary. A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask are critical for meeting deadlines. Experience handling confidential information and sensitive communications is also required.
