TPM Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced TPM Operations Manager to join our team at a leading global healthcare company based in Sligo.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the transition of Immunoassay (IA) and Clinical Chemistry (CC) medical device products to IVDR. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent TPM Operations as a key member of the program team to ensure smooth transition of products to IVDR.
* Work in partnership with internal functions including Supply Chain, Regulatory, Program Management, Technical, Commercial and QA.
* Work closely with assigned TPMs and internal team to ensure sufficient inventory bridging is in place for IVDR transition.
* Elevate and present projects risks, particularly those related to product supply.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years experience in supply chain/manufacturing/technical OR related program management role.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Previous experience in the IVD business would be highly beneficial.
Education:
* Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a supply chain, business or technical discipline.
* Minimum Experience / Training Required: Minimum of 5 years in supply chain/manufacturing/technical OR related program management role.
* Minimum of 2 year people leadership experience is desired.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a large/complex company environment is preferred.
* Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
