Office Associate
Entry level - Fully Onsite in Dublin 2 - Luxury Retail or Hospitality experience preferred

Our client is a small boutique Dublin-based provider of premium office solutions and they're seeking a bright, energetic individual to join their team. This role is perfect for someone looking to leverage their customer-facing expertise in a new and exciting direction.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, mainly first thing in the morning, greeting and assisting clients and guests with a premium service mindset.
2. Managing mail and deliveries.
3. Ensuring meeting rooms are impeccably prepared and managed.
4. Maintaining office supplies and inventory to a high standard.
5. Addressing client inquiries and providing exceptional support.
6. Upholding safety and hygiene standards.
7. Supporting the Operations Manager and other teams as required.
8. Handling general office administration tasks.
What You'll Bring:
1. You possess a natural ability to create a welcoming and premium experience for clients and guests, similar to the high standards of luxury retail.
2. You are organised and can manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.
3. You excel at resolving client queries and anticipating their needs.
4. You are comfortable using various software and hardware tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
5. You are a collaborative team player, willing to support colleagues and contribute to a positive and engaging work environment.
6. You can adapt to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
7. Your written and verbal communication in the English language is excellent.
8. You possess experience in customer-facing roles, with a preference for experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
What Our Client Offers:

4. Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
