You will be part of a dynamic reception team, working closely with IT, Catering, and Facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
* Manage a high volume of telephone calls effectively.
* Coordinate internal meeting room bookings, including catering arrangements.
* Book taxis and issue swipe cards as needed.
* Handle a range of administrative tasks and respond to queries promptly.
