Office Administrator
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of their office in Blessington, Co. Wicklow.
* Performing general office duties, including filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
* Accounts/payroll duties.
* Conducting basic data entry to maintain accurate records and databases.
* Assisting with invoicing and reconciliation work to support financial processes.
* Managing basic weekly payroll tasks to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
* Supporting other administrative tasks as needed to facilitate efficient office operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Previous accounts experience.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm on site
