Associate Director - Digital Material Operations
We are looking for a determined professional to support the definition and implementation of Digital Plant systems and capabilities in the Material Management and Supply Chain function.
This role combines knowledge of Supply Chain and Material Management operations with Digital Technology to deliver a digital plant solution to our Limerick operations.
The primary focus will be on core applications of SAP S4 and SAP EWM, working closely with local and global IT experts and system owners to understand digital system capabilities and positioning.
Educational Qualifications/Experience Required
* Bachelor's degree in business information systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain or related discipline.
* Minimum 8 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceutical or other regulated industries.
* Experience with integrated business process flows driven by SAP applications in a manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate business needs into user requirements for new digital technologies and solutions in Material Management and Supply Chain.
* Develop standard workflows for using digital technology within business processes and operations.
* Define strategies for operational offline and online shakedown and testing of digital solutions post-implementation.
* Liaise with operations and IT to develop best training practices.
* Support the implementation of digital solutions.
* Lifecycle owner for the Material Operations and Supply Chain function's Digital roadmap.
* Troubleshoot issues in SAP S4 and SAP EWM during the startup phase of the project.
* Build the SAP S4 and SAP EWM roadmap for the site during site expansion.
* Work closely with global SAP teams and local IT Analysts to ensure the site makes the most of these core technologies.
