This is a wonderful opportunity for an AP professional with the ability to work in a standalone role, is organized, thorough, and whose experience has been in a manufacturing/production environment. The role is a replacement as the current AP administrator has been promoted to another role within the company. While this role is located in the Galway office, it reports to an accounts manager who is located off-site in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dispute and resolve any issues that may arise.
2. Ensure all suppliers are paid on time and accordingly.
Qualifications
1. Accounts or related qualification, be that a degree or similar.
2. Ability to work independently.
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills, and a self-starter.
4. Knowledge and experience working with Oracle.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with various personnel and departments.
