Specific Duties & Tasks: Oversee the commercial and operational management of maintenance contracts, ensuring high service delivery standards. Maintain and develop client relationships, serving as the key point of contact for contract negotiations, performance reviews, and service enhancements. Implement strategic maintenance plans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Collaborate with technical teams to optimise service delivery across HVAC, electrical, and general facilities maintenance. Identify opportunities for contract growth and service optimization, enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction. Lead and support engineering and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Skills & Expertise: Technical Background: Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering. Facilities Management Expertise: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, and maintenance operations. Contract & Commercial Management: Proven experience managing FM contracts, service agreements, SLAs, and KPIs.
