Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a Sous Chef for a high end Gastropub in South Dublin.
The Sous Chef will report directly to the Executive Head Chef.
The role:
* Responsible for both planning and directing the preparation of food in the kitchen
* Monitoring, training and mentoring all of the Kitchen Team
* Overseeing the entire Kitchen operation in the absence of the Executive Head Chef
* Assisting the Executive Head Chef in menu planning, purchasing, stock and rosters
* Ensuring all food leaves the kitchen at exceptional standards
The ideal candidate:
* Minimum of 7 years Kitchen experience
* Ideally this role will suit someone ready to step into a Head Chef role
* Experience with fine dining or high end food essential
