* Help move existing products to new manufacturing locations.
* Prioritize and address manufacturing maintenance issues using an Agile Kanban approach (e.g., managing component end-of-life, addressing increased failure rates).
* Identify alternative component specifications due to obsolescence, cost-reduction efforts, or compliance needs.
* Design test fixtures and schematics.
* Conduct supplier process audits globally to ensure adherence to regulatory standards like UL294.
* Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in materials or processes.
* Collaborate with Design Engineers to ensure Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Test (DFT).
* Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing-related issues reported in the field, including fault-finding for analog and digital solutions.
* Work with the QA team to address customer product escalations and functional or safety concerns.
* Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to prevent disruptions in product supply.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience post-graduation as a Senior Electronic Engineer.
* Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience in releasing products to manufacturing, transitioning production builds, and supporting ramp-ups.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for manufacturing issues, including test fixtures and production lines.
* Experience conducting First Article Inspections for new manufacturing lines.
* Expertise in reviewing and managing Bill of Materials (BOM), identifying valid alternate components, and managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
* Knowledge of environmental regulations such as RoHS, REACH, CMRT, and TSCA.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in analog and digital fault-finding.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
* Willingness to travel periodically to contract manufacturing sites.
What We Offer:
* Innovative Environment: Contribute to groundbreaking solutions that challenge the status quo and redefine the security industry.
