Essential Job Functions
Acts as liaison between operations and the client for assigned accounts, to ensure the client's processes and procedural requirements are implemented.
Local level relationship building, management and engagement both internally and externally.
Ensures that shipments are handled in accordance with established procedures, ISO operational compliance and specific client requests.
Maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters.
Acts as main point of contact and escalation for the client.
Works closely with the account management team globally to ensure consistency of service throughout the network.
Ensure that all reports are accurate and distributed on time.
Drives solutions for the client and coordinates with global account management network and operations team on continuous improvement.
Participates in and manages quoting process and RFQ’s.
Engages with Implementation Managers and Operations teams for all new business.
Manages any RCCA process with the clients.
Conducts weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews.

Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
Sitting for extended periods of time
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
Other Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications.
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate (verbally and intuitively) effectively with both clients and internal personnel.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain stable performance under pressure or opposition; handling stress in a manner that is acceptable to others and the organization
Education & Experience
Leaving Certificate Required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum five years industry or related experience required
