About the role We are seeking an eContent Manager to join our Northern European Digital Commerce team.
Operating within the BU Marketing Acceleration Team, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to own and drive the improvement of the Haleon brand presence and performance within the online retail environment.
As the eContent Manager, you will oversee the creation and optimization of digital commerce toolkits for local teams.
Collaborating with global category teams, category leads, and market teams, you will identify content needs and gaps, and develop assets for multiple markets.
Your role includes ensuring assets are up-to-date in the DAM, leveraging best practices, and staying informed on trends to enhance content performance.
You will also streamline eContent operations, including PIM solutions and data syndication, working with the digital commerce lead to improve processes.
The role reports to the Marketing and Digital Commerce Acceleration Lead within the BU.
This role is meant to be a secondment position from April 2025 to April 2026 Key responsibilities Creation and ownership of the eContent calendar for key brands within the BU.
Ensuring content calendar is up to date and assets are ready on time to support NPD or ePortfolio launches.
Content gap analysis and creation of new content to meet specific consumer or customer needs within the BU.Optimise existing content for top performing products and ensure assets are designed to deliver against the job to be done and optimised for consumer experience.
Build BU to Local eContent ways of working, ensuring teams are clear on process, ownership and deliverables.
Build capability and knowledge in the BU around the role and value of eContent, up to date best in class content guidelines, and how to deliver content in market.
Drive content innovation e.g leveraging AI tools.
Support the dComm lead to identify improvements in content operations, including partner agencies, processes, systems and budget requirements.
Manage central eContent budgets and forecast budget asks through annual planning, including recommendations to local teams for locally driven work.
Work with the performance marketing team on eContent related sprints to input into sprint hypotheses and measure the impact of new assets.
Working closely to ePortfolio manager, sales teams, SSL and ComEx teams to support the roll of content trade story to our key customers, insights & data.
Reset the syndication data process finding the best PIM solutions across NE markets, optimizing the attribute collections, cloud (PIM/DAM), and API connections (GS1) to key customers for our products attributes.
Managing key agency relationships and own development, creation of assets from a NE perspective, driving efficiencies overall.
Qualifications and skills Essential Experience working in a brand or marketing team, including understanding consumers & audiences, creative development, and production.
Experience in digital commerce, and experienced knowledge of the digital shelf and driving performance online.
An excellent project manager with creative idea generation and problem-solving abilities is a must.
Knowledge and experience with analytics & measurement.
Experience managing successful agency partnerships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders or varied levels.
Being able to also work independently and uses initiative to lead the e-content agenda in the BU.Budget ownership.
Preferred Ability to work in a matrix and fast-paced environment.
Experience within FMCG or healthcare verticals.
Creative briefing and brand campaign development.
Digital Shelf experience on e2e process and production.
