About the Role
The Head of Business Development will lead and implement sales strategies to drive revenue, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships. This leader will oversee a diverse, high-performing sales team and align sales operations with the company's global objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
* Manage and grow a sales team, ensuring performance excellence.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships.
* Oversee contract negotiations, pricing, and sales pipelines.
* Leverage market insights and data to inform strategies.
Requirements
* Proven track record in a similar role at senior level.
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of the Freight Forwarding industry.
* Experience of operating in a fast-paced dynamic organisation.

* Base salary: €100K+ (Negotiable - Depending on Experience)
