Job Title: QA Administration Support (Temporary Role)

Job Description
The QA Temporary Administration Support person will be part of the Quality Team and will be mainly focused on providing Administrative Support related to the day-to-day functioning of the Quality System, particularly with record review, document filing, and storage.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Provide General Administrative support to the QA department by filing, sorting, and controlling documents and records.
* Under supervision, conduct final review and approval of all LHR records.
* Assist with the running of the document control system.
* Ensure Quality System Compliance with ISO13485:2003 Quality System Standard.
* Assist with the control of material movement, product pre-sterile release, and final product release phases.
* Ensure that high-quality standards are maintained, follow procedures and specifications, and adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
* Maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Leaving Certificate or QQI Level 6.
* A high degree of focus, a methodical approach to work, and the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail are required for record review.
* Computer skills to include Email, MS Word, and Excel.
* Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Flexible, highly motivated individual.
