The main responsibilities for the role will to be assist the manager with the day to day running of the hotel and its food and beverage offering whilst managing a strong team across all departments of the hotel
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role is essential.
2. Well presented, polite with a welcoming manner enhancing the guest / customer experience.
3. Excellent Communication, Leadership, Organisation and Time Management Skills.
4. Oversee and work closely with Departmental Managers of the hotel.
5. Computer Literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS
