Job Purpose
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will provide daily support for products, processes, materials, and equipment to achieve production unit goals, focusing on People & Safety, Quality, Service, Cost & Productivity.
About Your New Job
* You will lead technical improvements on product and process issues, driving innovation under our VIP program as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer.
* Lead cross-functional process improvement programs across people, service, quality, and cost dimensions.
* Provide leadership on Lean initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
* Participate in phase review processes and NPE meetings for new products, ensuring alignment with company goals.
* Provide technical guidance to Process Technicians, overseeing preventative maintenance programs and ensuring timely completion.
* Evaluate new equipment, processes, and chemicals for environmental impact, aiming to minimize or eliminate negative effects.
* Develop and implement supporting documentation, complying with GMP regulations in collaboration with team members.
* Assume additional projects assigned by the company as needed.
Required Skills
* HETAC Level 8 qualification (240 ECTS points) in engineering or a relevant field, accompanied by relevant experience.
* Excellent technical capabilities, communication skills, teamwork abilities, and initiative.
* People Management experience is advantageous, with Project Management experience also preferred.
