As a Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a dynamic team, working with top influencers and brands to bring exciting campaigns to life. From organizing national and international events to helping manage influencer schedules, your role will be key to ensuring smooth and successful operations.
We are looking to hire an individual who is eager to gain experience in influencer marketing and who will receive training for the first 3 months of the role.
The role:
* Support the team in daily administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
* Organizing and supporting the management of schedules for creators, including brand campaigns, events, and gifting opportunities.
* Stay up-to-date on social media trends and develop current, relevant content ideas.
* Outreach and strategic pitching of clients.
* Building credible and collaborative relationships with brands.
* Feedback & reporting.
* Work closely and collaboratively alongside the team and wider areas of the business.
* Comfortable and confident working with numbers and data.
* Bespoke training provided in line with experience.

* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual required.
* A degree in communication or marketing is preferred.
* Experience preferred but not essential.
