What We're Looking For: Qualifications A third-level qualification in Education, Training, Social Sciences, or a related field. A QQI Level 6 "Train the Trainer" qualification or equivalent. Experience Experience working in educational, guidance, or developmental roles. Familiarity with QQI certification and accreditation processes. Experience in sports or fitness is an advantage. Key Skills Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to motivate and guide learners while building networks with stakeholders and the local community. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a professional and confident approach. A full driving license and access to transport. Your Responsibilities: Deliver Training Programmes Teach QQI Level 3-5 modules and provide systematic training to meet learners' educational and developmental needs. Ensure learners achieve certification and progress towards their goals. Support Learners Help learners review past experiences and set realistic future goals. Use tailored techniques to support personal development and decision-making. Collaborate on Individual Action Plans to meet learners' specific needs. Facilitate Work Experience and Skills Development Organise and support work experience placements. Teach professional work attitudes and behaviours. Provide constructive feedback to learners on their progress. Maintain Records and Quality Standards Keep accurate records and produce reports to meet internal and external quality standards. Develop innovative training content in collaboration with the Programme Development Officer and the multi-disciplinary team. Ensure Safety and Compliance Apply health and safety standards, ensuring equipment and materials are used safely and responsibly. Communicate regularly with the Manager about programme updates or challenges.
