Keywords Studios now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to be a part of its growing and dynamic Office Team. This position will work under the Studio Operations Manager in support of office administrative and facility needs. As part of this role, you are going to be a key member within the Dublin office, focusing on a wide variety of tasks. This position requires strong communication and organisational skills.

This position is office based (Monday-Friday 09:30-18:00) and provides career development toward leadership roles while working under the Studio Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
1. Monitor and manage office and studio supplies, furniture, subscriptions, appliances, electronics, and snacks as required.
2. Provide support in organising company events as needed.
3. Support in office-related refurbishment projects.
4. Organise maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe while ensuring facilities are in good working order and maintained.
5. Maintain a professional relationship with vendors.
6. Responsible for postage, co-ordination of courier service providers, mailing, shipping, and billing.
7. Maintain office procedures including safety, security, and access cards.
8. Book transport and accommodation for visiting colleagues or talent.
9. Support in welcoming talent, clients, and colleagues to the office during visits.
10. Assist with the induction of new employees and maintain a positive work environment.
11. Be a key leader in the First Aid and Fire Warden teams.
12. Support senior management & co-ordinate with other departments.
13. Lend support to the studio as needed.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years' experience in an office environment role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
