About the Role:

* Report to the Financial Controller and Senior Management Team
* Manage own workload and prioritize tasks effectively
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an industry-based role, preferably in an SME environment. FMCG experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Monthly Accounts Preparation
* Process bank reconciliations and bank transactions
* Manage balance sheet and general ledger accounting
* Provide VAT support to the Financial Controller
Annual Audit Responsibilities
* Accountable for payroll and liaise with HR regarding records
Ongoing Projects and Ad Hoc Finance Duties
* Assist with various finance-related projects and tasks as required
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
* Qualified/Part-Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
Key Skills:
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent analytical skills, including EXCEL
* Deadline-driven and attention to detail
