The Role
The Social Commerce Key Account is the liaison office between Flywheel, its clients, and TikTok/other social commerce platforms the client is selling on. He/She initiates the client’s social strategies according to clients’ objectives, particularly in growing their social commerce sales revenue—what they’re looking to achieve short-term and long-term—and ensuring Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Develop overall social commerce strategies, particularly on TikTok, alongside the brand and aligned to the marketing/sales strategy, goals, and objectives.
2. Deliver & perform best on the following KPIs for brand/seller partners through internal & external coordination with concerned departments.
3. Foster client relationships, ensuring clients’ needs are met and their voices are heard while coordinating with others and fulfilling the contractual day-to-day duties.
4. Develop the content and creative strategy that aligns with the client’s commercial strategy.
5. Design live streaming and marketing campaign strategies and sales growth proposals; handle client communications and prepare client reports; and communicate client agendas to other staff members.
6. Identify and manage KOLs and creators that help drive social media objectives.
7. Liaise with the performance marketing team to optimize traffic/conversion.
8. Craft the monthly/quarterly/yearly report and provide direction for the next step.
9. Operations capacity and process implementation.
10. Ensure progressive revenue trend and high overall social media sales performance.
Who we look for – the ideal profile:
1. Sales-driven with advanced knowledge of social media and social commerce in general, TikTok in particular.
2. Experience as a brand key account manager is a plus.
3. Good foundation in social marketing and live streaming sales experiences.
4. Creative and entrepreneurial with excellent leadership and project management skills.
5. Proactive self-starter who understands Intrepid's vision & mission.
6. Excellent negotiation skills and strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility).
7. Eager to learn with ambition, delicate, and strong responsible.
8. Fluent in English (writing and communicating skills).
9. Strong background on social platforms, especially TikTok (livestreaming is a plus).
