Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead the team to achieve high performance and productivity improvements.
* Provide guidance and support to staff members, and manage their development and performance.
* Set clear goals and objectives for staff members and assess their progress against these goals.
* Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure smooth delivery of services.
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive increased productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall program efficiency.
Requirements
* 1+ year experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory/Manager role in a multinational, call centre environment.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Detail-oriented and passion for problem-solving.
* Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
