Office Administrator working in the Print & Dispatch area – 3 month contract initially.
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, on site
Hourly rate: €15ph
Role will start on: 20th January 2025.
Responsibilities:
* Sorting through documents thoroughly and ensuring there are no errors before posting them to the members.
* Proficient in Life400, Workflow, and Microsoft Suite.
* Introductory level Salesforce.
* Managing and packaging bulk policy documents in a streamlined manner.
* Generating pins and passwords for security purposes.
* Arranging returned post to be documented on Life400.
* Using Workflow to monitor the daily workflow of documents being processed, engaging with other teams specifically on teams 2, 3, and 4 to ensure all documents are correct and posted efficiently.
* Engaging with the print team daily, dividing tasks, and maintaining a good rapport with other teams.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years administration experience is required to apply for this role.
