The Role:
We are seeking a driven and ambitious International Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the UK and Ireland. This role is ideal for someone passionate about farm machinery sales and eager to develop their career in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with dealers and farmers in the UK and Ireland (full training provided).
* Handle sales inquiries and support customers from our headquarters.
* Generate and follow up on sales leads through online marketing (tools and budget provided).
* Attend major trade shows in Ireland, the UK, and Germany (expenses covered).
* Conduct demonstrations of our machinery for potential customers using the Cross demo fleet.
* Follow up on sales leads post-trade shows through customer visits.
* Assist in marketing efforts, including online campaigns and print advertisements.

What We’re Looking For:
* Strong knowledge of farm machinery (sales experience is a plus, but not required).
* A degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or Business is beneficial but not essential.
* Hands-on experience operating farm machinery.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel and general computer use.
