Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
* Collaborate with project managers, architects and engineers to create project plans that align with client expectations and project deadlines.
* Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, implementing corrective actions as required.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery and availability of materials and resources.
* Conduct site visits to assess project progress and adjust project schedules accordingly.
* Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks and opportunities.
* Review and analyze project plans, specifications and drawings to identify potential risks or conflicts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in construction planning, scheduling or a related role.
* Expertise in construction scheduling software (P6, Asta, Microsoft Project).
* Proven experience in Earned Value Methodology and scheduling for NEC contracts.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
