Service Business Planner
Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure exceptional performance every day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate Service Scheduling: Assist in planning and organizing all service labor appointments for Service & Commissioning Engineers, responding promptly to emergency breakdowns.
* Engineer Allocation: Assign the appropriate skill-coded Engineer to maximize their utilization rate (100%).
* Revenue Maximization: Achieve monthly service labor targets and develop accurate forecasts.
* Service Board Updates: Maintain a real-time updated version of the Service Board.
* Customer Communication: Respond efficiently to customer schedule inquiries and resolve queries without delay.
* Progress Updates: Keep customers informed of job progress at all times.
* Quotation Preparation: Prepare and issue quotations for breakdowns and emergency service response.
* Administrative Support: Carry out administrative duties to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Scheduling Function.
* Clear Instructions: Provide clear and accurate instructions to Engineers to ensure proper job execution.
* Spare Part Management: Ensure spare parts and equipment arrive on site before Engineers attend the site.
* Chemical Stock Management: Manage Chemical Stock Check Lists on PQMC Reports to maintain required chemical levels on customer sites.
* Procurement: Procure non-stock Service Spare Parts.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (desirable but not essential).
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proven track record in managing engineers' schedules.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
