Sky Staffing Solutions is seeking a dynamic and organized Recruitment Coordinator on behalf of our client, a luxurious property located in County Mayo.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process for a range of positions within the property. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
* Liaise with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in creating job descriptions.
* Manage candidate communications and provide feedback throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities.
* Assist with onboarding and employee documentation once positions are filled.
About You:
* Previous experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with hiring systems.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
