Job Description:
We are recruiting a Residential Property Administrator for a maternity cover contract to assist the team in the management of a residential portfolio comprising a mix of residential apartment blocks and PRS schemes.
The property administrator will work closely with the property managers to assist them in carrying out their property management responsibilities such as:
Job Responsibilities
1. Liaising with owners and tenants by email and phone.
2. Liaising and organising access with contractors.
3. Updating Building Management Software with notices, budgets, essential information.
4. Preparing Annual reports and AGM packs.
5. Assisting in the arrangement of Directors Meetings, Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings.
6. Arranging repairs and maintenance with contractors and setting up appointments, via Building Management Software.
7. Management of cyclical maintenance certifications and updating of PPM Schedules in conjunction with the property managers.
8. Liaising with on site personnel, e.g., janitors or caretakers to follow up tasks.
9. Preparing reports for all stakeholders and management.
10. Preparing reports and minutes and assisting the residential property team with property administration tasks as might arise.
11. Other departmental or company administrative duties as may be required.
Qualifications
SKILLS REQUIRED -
1. Have experience in a property environment ideally in property and tenancy management administration.
2. Strong communication and organisation skills.
3. Positive, energetic, and motivated individual.
4. Must have a solutions focused attitude.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
6. Experience in Blockman/Letman or other Property Management Software preferable.
7. A team player with excellent attention to detail.
