We are looking for an Administrator to join our Property Team at our Comer Group Ireland.
This candidate is responsible for the day-to-day administration, co-ordination and logistics of the property team that work on our assets within the Comer Group Ireland portfolio.
This role will have a focus on the planning, costing and co-ordinating of the day to day operations of the assets which include residential and commercial properties. It is a fast-paced exciting role within the company and the successful candidate will have strong organisation, communication and administrative skills. Duties & Responsibilities: Daily communication with the Property Managers and Maintenance Team Leads.
Responsible for the authorisation and administration of Purchase Orders.
Updating Property Schedules and assisting the Team Leads with scheduling the Maintenance Team workflow.
Reconciliation of the purchase orders on a monthly basis.
Liaison between the Property Managers and the Maintenance Team Leads focused on reducing vacancy periods in the residential units.
Overview of the move in/move out process to ensuring efficiency and reduce turn-around time frames.
Assist Team Leads in prioritising workflow and ensuring supplies are resourced in a timely manner to avoiding delay in operations. Understanding emergency procedures & ensure key contacts are sought from all suppliers.
Understand Comer Group Ireland Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Record hazards, near misses and accidents at the workplace as instructed by the Operations Manager.
Maintain confidentiality in line with the company GDPR policy and confidentiality agreements.
Experience, Qualifications & Knowledge: Qualifications Certificate in related area is desirable but not essential.
Experience working on any maintenance web-portals ie Snapfix, Firecloud is an advantage.
Knowledge Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role as it will involve interaction with various key internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, logical decision making and have a hands-on approach.
A person with the confidence to develop and implement initiatives, problem solve, and deliver effective solutions.
Pro-active, attention to detail ability to work on own initiative and within a team environment.
Proven track record of organisational skills and accuracy of work.
Must possess a dynamic approach to achieving continuous improvement.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, experience on Snap Fix platform an advantage Prior Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
