About the Role
We are partnering with a growing SME business to find an experienced Accounts Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate data entry across multiple systems, ensuring up-to-date financial records align with company standards.
* Create, manage, and maintain supplier accounts for smooth transaction processing.
* Process and code purchase invoices.
* Perform general bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, expense management, and detailed record-keeping of financial transactions.
* Oversee Credit Control management.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 2 years accounting experience.
* Experience in credit control.
* Strong administrative/customer service skills.
* Proficiency in systems, particularly Excel and Sage 200.
* A positive, can-do attitude with ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
