Kylemore Cars is Ireland’s leading independent used car retailer, with +1000 cars in stock. As a result of ongoing business growth, we are currently recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our Accounts Team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will be key in supporting the Sales Manager & Team in providing a seamless experience for the customer.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Processing and generation of sales invoices
2. Ensuring all relevant paperwork is uploaded onto our in-house CRM system
3. Maintaining the logbooks for Trade vehicles and Retail vehicles
4. Monitoring Fuel card
5. Maintenance and update of change of ownership transactions on Motortrans
6. Completion of daily, weekly & monthly reporting where required
7. Recording, updating and maintaining vehicles in the Company’s Core System
8. Vehicle Registration Tax (VRT) preparation
9. Act as the first point of contact, within the accounts team, to sales and other departments with accounting related queries.
10. Log book replacement queries
11. Any other accounts tasks that may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis
Skills
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with colleagues, external third parties and customers.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
4. The capacity to work to deadlines with ability to self-prioritise tasks.
5. Must speak fluent English.
Education and experience
1. Candidate must have proven experience in a similar office role and hold Leaving Certificate or equivalent with further qualifications an advantage.
2. Must be proficient with Technology with experience in MS Office an advantage.
