Job Description
This role will be based on-site in Donabate. As a member of the Glenveagh team, you will join a collaborative work environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to express their ideas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate construction design team meetings, record minutes, and follow up with the team to ensure action is taken.
* Coordinate design work with consultants and specialist subcontractors; facilitate workshops to agree/establish timelines.
* Coordinate design information with the procurement programme, ensuring it meets project timescales.
* Provide input into the preparation of the project programme.
* Collaborate and communicate with other disciplines to assure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and industry codes.
* Prepare weekly and monthly look aheads in conjunction with the team.
* Track progress against the project programmes in accordance with key milestones.

Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working in a design coordination/administration position within the construction industry.
* Proficient user of MS Office Suite.
* Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
