They have an opening for a Senior Cost Manager the successful Candidates will provide Cost & Contract Management services working within a busy team supporting a growing a practise. Within this position you will work within a collaborative environment with full support from upper management. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with the contract and governance arrangements. Quality assurance and overall integrity of projects. Either managing your own projects or assisting Directors in the Cost & Contract management of projects. Pre and Post Contract quantity Surveying duties. Report on financial and construction milestones to Directors. Staff mentoring. Assist in marketing of the business. Assist with preparation of Fee Proposals and Bid Submissions. Minimum: Degree and or qualification in Quantity Surveying. The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor working with an established Practice. Chartered or working towards Chartership status MSCSI / MRICS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent written English. Excellent organizational skills. Strong MS Office skills, Cubit Strong electronic measurement skills. Strong attention to details Proven ability to meet deadlines. Proven experience delivering projects and be able to manage multiple projects concurrently. Solid technical appreciation regarding construction documentation/methodologies. Excellent professional presentation and communication skills.
