Contracts Manager Role Overview
As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of large-scale projects. You will manage multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the execution and delivery of complex projects, ensuring efficient and transparent processes.
* Lead operational processes, ensuring proper scoping, planning, and execution.
* Manage cross-functional collaboration, working with Design, HSEQ, and Commercial teams.
* Implement and monitor necessary controls, ensuring projects adhere to industry-standard methodologies.
* Lead change initiatives to improve processes and overcome challenges.
* Manage budgets, capturing revenue and controlling costs.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on program objectives and drive performance.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has proven experience in senior-level contract management, including leading large-scale telecom programs.
* Experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering fibre-to-the-home telecom builds.
* Strong resource planning, budget management, and time management skills.
* Proficiency with a range of software packages.
* Project management qualifications.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
