Job Title: Office Manager
A key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Cathedral, this full-time on-site position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage general correspondence, emails, and telephone calls, as well as receive visitors to the Chapter House/offices.
* Coordinate regular Staff team meetings and minute taking.
* Diary and calendar management for Committees and Board meetings.
* Support the CEO in drafting and collating reports, minutes, and other papers.
* Organise travel arrangements for the CEO as required.
* Organise and streamline office operations and procedures.
* Responsible for ordering stationery and office supplies.
* Support the CEO on governance and regulatory matters, including compliance with the CRA Governance Code.
* Maintain the Cathedrals CHY3 records.
* Oversee, report, and sign off on the weekly cash count when the Cathedral Manager is absent.
* Coordinate with IT department on all technical aspects of IT & communication technology.
* Act as a central point for assisting with CCTV administration, viewing, and downloading footage.
* Manage all service contracts in place, in conjunction with the Cathedral Manager.
* Liaise with any external contractors securing quotations for work, scheduling work and being point of contact on site for contractors.
* Work closely with the Cathedral Manager and CEO regarding operations or any issues or changes to terms.
* Manage Fundraising administration.
* At all times working within budgets approved by the Board in annual budgets and in consultation with the CEO.
* Manage the administration and access to staff of SharePoint folders.
* Manage and oversee the Office Administrator.

* Approachable and highly professional in manner, with all levels of staff from Board Members and Clergy to the congregation, volunteers, and other staff members.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years experience in an office management role or similar level.
* Respect for the Ethos of the Organisation.
* Degree preferable.
