Responsibilities The successful candidate will work within the software team and have responsibility for the design, implementation and support for IT Systems installed on Liebherr Container Cranes and associated products. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Participate in the design of information and operational support systems Select, install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools for Projects and spare parts etc Testing of IT & Network hardware, hardware upgrades, RAM, Hard disks, RAID setup/Configuration and support of same Provide remote support for systems in the field Provide support for our SCADA system in the field, Participate in Pre-commissioning checks or factory testing of the SCADA system. Provide support to Customer service team and customers through our internal BSM Jira system Provide support to users for system and application software, setups, and configurations. System Documentation - Develop & Maintain system documentation IT Security & Patch management Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Liaise with network and software designers to ensure system requirement are fulfilled Configures operation systems to user environments Qualifications, Requirements and Experience Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks, have excellent attention to detail and be willing and able to learn new technologies quickly. Experience or certification in the following an advantage: Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting windows-based environments. Experience in the Security topics such as Network security, Risk assessment & Management, applying security benchmarks to end user devices, ensure adherence to security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443.
